This custom-built family home was designed with every inch in mind: from the outdoor appeal and architectural design to the curated interiors and hand-selected finishes. Throughout the entire project, our team kept family as the core focus of the home.
Our hands-on approach allowed us to work directly with the client throughout the selection process. Moodboards were created to lay the groundwork for conceptualizing the space. Once the ideas had been refined, the client’s vision was brought to life through photo-realistic architectural renderings. Following a few additional edits, the approved designs were sent to our fabricators to help visualize the desired final product.
Inspired by Dutch West Indies and coastal architecture, we designed the home to be lightful and airy, with an open living environment connected to an expansive kitchen and custom wet bar, complete with an ice chest and sub-zero wine storage.
The master bathroom featured ‘his and her’ walk-in closets and a custom glass-enclosed shower — proving to be a client favorite! Custom cabinetry in a matte black finish crafted by our fabrication partners at T2TheS looked stunning when accompanied with brushed brass hardware.
The first-floor powder room opens out to the luxury pool and veranda. Our team collaborated with Beton Studio to create a custom waterfall edge, concrete and oak wood bathroom vanity.
