Westminster Manor Townhomes, located at 3421 Horatio Street in South Tampa, is a 12-unit luxury townhome development of New York City influence with notes of Floridian subculture. Inspired by the lavish Brooklyn Brownstones of NYC, Westminster Manor’s design attests to the development’s “Brownstones of the Bay” mantra.
Westminster Manor suits a traditional exterior with ultra modern interiors. Clear ph worked to bring the Market Tampa Investments property’s blueprints to life through architectural renderings, designing both the exterior and interior to maximize their uncompromised aesthetic.
The renderings, which showcase the exterior as well as the interior of two different floor plans, are featured on the website we built for the development, westminstermanortampa.com. The image-centric website is well-organized and easy to navigate, and aptly displays the sleek branding created for Westminster Manor. The branding included marketing tools, a coffee table book, stationary, web and floor plans.

The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the Grand Opening of Westminster Manor Townhomes on May 21. The well-attended event allowed visitors and partners to tour two separate townhome plans, the “Modern” and the “Contemporary.” Each home was staged with luxurious furnishings and decor.
