We’ve been making waves in the luxury real estate industry here at Clear ph. One of our most recent developments pays homage to our beloved Sunshine City’s coastal aesthetic, with the advantage of a convenient urban location. In the last year, real estate developer Jay Miller with J2 Developers came to us with an original townhome concept, requesting a full brand execution that encompassed everything from naming to a comprehensive marketing strategy. Through careful planning and flawless application, Saint James Townhomes was born.

Clear ph took conception to completion with Saint James Townhomes, which will be located in the heart of downtown Saint Petersburg, at the intersection of 3rd Avenue South and 8th Street South. Our talented team of creatives rendered interior and exterior images of the impending development, conceptualizing everything from the front doorstep to the back patio space. Our team was able to expand upon the architect’s vision and finalize colors and finishes that the developer could budget for. These photo-realistic architectural renderings featured on the Saint James website are excellent representations of our capabilities and the resources we access to bring real estate developments to life.

Purposeful branding was created to match Saint James’ character: a fusion of coastal Florida/Caribbean aesthetic and urban downtown living. We utilized the term “Floribbean” to describe the development’s Florida-meets-Caribbean demeanor, with design features like turquoise building accents, metal roofs and a lush landscape of tropical flora and manicured palm trees.

When designing the Saint James website, minimalist design aspects were used to draw attention to the beauty of the development itself. We balanced the homepage with architectural renderings, descriptive copy about the units, and a map of Saint Pete that pinpoints the location of Saint James. We optimized Saint James’ website to make it compatible and mobile-friendly for visitors to browse through floor plans and explore the neighborhood.

To get the word out about Saint James’ upcoming arrival, Clear ph created marketing campaigns geared towards the lively spirit of Saint Petersburg. We teamed up with talented, local illustrator Alli Arnold, who is best known for her work with Tiffany & Co. and Bergdorf Goodman, to produce unique illustrations of Saint James and some of the admired attractions found in Saint Pete. Alli’s illustrations were incorporated into both print and digital advertisements, and can also be found on the Saint James website, social media forums, and real estate brochures.
Saint James’ creative marketing plan was put to the real test when we collaboratively began hosting broker and buyer events at some of downtown Saint Pete’s hotspots. With the help of real estate broker Carter Clarke IV, who is representing real estate marketing company Maison Manor in the project, we threw a fin-tastic happy hour event at the coastal, fresh-catch eatery Trophy Fish. Potential buyers and agents joined for signature ‘Floribbean’ cocktails to learn more about the features and amenities offered at Saint James Townhomes.

The construction of Saint James Townhomes is in full swing after breaking ground mid-January 2019. We are excited to announce that in only eight short weeks, we were able to get four of eight residences, or 50 percent of the project, under contract pre-construction. The dirt has been turned, the flags are flying, and we are ready to welcome Saint James Townhomes to downtown Saint Petersburg.
