The City of St. Petersburg selects EDGE Central Development Partners to redevelop the former police station headquarters.

St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman announced on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, that he has selected EDGE Central Development Partners to develop the former police station headquarters. The EDGE Central Development Partners is a joint venture between J2 Developers and DDA Development, Craig Sher and Will Conroy of Backstreet Capital, and Tim Clemmons of Place Architecture.
